| LE 1647 PRESENTS

Edgar de Beauregard

- The official mascot of Le 1647 -

A young golden eagle has been flying over the Plateau of Beauregard for several years in search of well-being, serenity, and a little human warmth. He makes an appearance from time to time to meet other nature lovers like himself and tell them a few stories.

You will no doubt have the opportunity to meet him very soon ! While eagerly awaiting this moment, we wanted to share with you the story of his birth.

| WHY

A mascot ?

We wanted to bring our eagle to life so that it could become the official ambassador for the 1647, a vibrant community hub on the Plateau de Beauregard.

Its friendly and funny personality allows us to deepen the sharing and human experience with our customers, while entertaining the little mountain dwellers.

It will thus ensure that the company's values are conveyed and that the heritage of the place is appreciated.

| INSPIRATIONS

Graphic style

After several days of research, we gathered a number of inspirations from photos, colors, poses, and graphic styles.

Here is a summary:

|DRAFTS

The Eagle

Edgar was first drawn in pencil in 2D, then sculpted in 3D using modeling clay.

It was obvious that our mascot would be an eagle because of its majestic charisma and ability to fly freely over the Plateau de Beauregard, while ensuring everyone's well-being.

| Personality

Edgar

A young eco-friendly eagle, very friendly and talkative, but a little clumsy and always on the alert. Tired of always moving around, feeling scattered and a little anxious, he seeks well-being, serenity, and human warmth.

| MODELING

On a human scale

A second 3D model was then created from our images to determine its shape, choosing colors and materials that would give Edgar maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
