2030 PROJECT
When it was first established in 1954, the 1647 was a hotel and restaurant.
When we took it over in 2020, we decided to only focus on the restaurant side of the business so that we could get to know you and better plan the future with you.
Sustainable development has always been one of our top priorities, but we are now facing the limitations of a building that has become too old, leading us to consider more eco-friendly solutions to continue developing our business.
As the complete reconstruction of the building is inevitable in the long term, we would like to take this opportunity to redesign the establishment and reintroduce the original accommodation offering by 2030, thereby responding to the many requests we have received.
